PlyoJam

PlyoJam combines cardio dance with plyometric movements for fun and surprisingly intense (yet easy-to-follow) routines. While jamming-out to top 40, classic pop, and hip hop hits from the early and mid 2000's (and some from today), you'll be so busy having a dance party that you'll be surprised it counts as a workout! All dance and fitness levels are welcome. Workout shoes and water bottles are encouraged.
